  Extremely unprofessional office staff- they handle issues terribly & are very rude. They complain about getting packages for you when they're sent to you, they complain about replacing lost keys, they also don't return calls about issues. Maintenance never fixes problems- I had to fix all my own issues with my apartment. They allow certain people to have dogs which is against the lease but they complained about my cat who is legally an emotional support pet and they legally can't say no, but they tried to and gave me the biggest issues with her. Also extremely outdated, haven't been redone in over 10 years... any complex will be better than this one. Not worth the hassle and new issues every single month.
